For many, spending time together is often relaxing and enjoyable however, sometimes it can also highlight challenges we may be facing, especially if our children are struggling in some way. In these fast-changing and technological times, many forces are influencing and shaping our children. One thing that is often overlooked, is how energetically sensitive kids are today, especially if there are changes to the family structure.

If your child has been struggling in some way, emotionally, behaviourally, socially, or even physically and you feel like you’ve tried everything, you’re not alone. Many parents invest time, energy, and resources into finding support, yet still sense that something more needs to be explored. Sometimes the root of a child’s difficulty isn’t easy to recognize because it may be coming from within the family system. 

Children are often energetically affected by some of the patterns they have inherited from the generations before them. Even in loving homes, unresolved family experiences from the past can influence how a child responds to pressure, change, or relationships. What looks like anxiety, withdrawal, anger, or lack of focus may sometimes be due to invisible energetic imprints such as generational trauma for example.
